The preserve is mostly a no-combustion engine zone which makes for easy comfortable paddles with no worries or hassles. Learn about the mangrove islands and take a walk on the beach of Shell Key. We’ll hope to see dolphins, depending on the time of day, and manatees, depending on the time of year! We stand a great chance to see stingrays, Mullet, Heron, Egrets, Pelicans, Cormorants, Ibis, and Ospreys.
